Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Boise, ID is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our exterior remodeling business. You’ll identify leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, owning the full sales cycle from inspection to closing.

We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and a fast-paced, outdoors-friendly role with strong earning potential and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to identify leads and generate new prospects, including in-office and door-to-door.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM.
