Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in roofing, windows, siding and exterior renovations. The role is field-based, full-time, with afternoon and evening hours, offering an uncapped commission structure and paid training to ramp up quickly.

You will identify leads, conduct roof inspections, and own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing while representing clients in insurance-related meetings and documenting activities in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in door-to-door or field-based sales is preferred.
• Ability to identify leads and generate prospects in-office or on-site.
• Comfort engaging homeowners face-to-face and presenting services.

What You'll Do

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
