Job summary

Tommy's Express Car Wash in Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Car Wash Team Member to greet customers, support operations, and keep the site clean and efficient. You will work with a fast-paced team, learn the Express Exterior process, promote memberships, and help customers sign up via the Tommy’s Express app while delivering great service daily.

Job Description for Entry-Level Position:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Site Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash area.
• Basic Operations: Learn and assist with basic car wash operations and equipment usage.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors.
• Promote and express services and memberships
• Become knowledgeable about the Tommy’s Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of the car wash operation.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Work outdoors in a loud and wet environment
• Constant physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching
