Job Description for Entry-Level Position:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
Site Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash area.
Basic Operations: Learn and assist with basic car wash operations and equipment usage.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors.
Promote and express services and memberships
Become knowledgeable about the Tommy’s Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of the car wash operation.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
