Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Colorado Springs is hiring for a Car Wash Team Member to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will greet guests, help maintain interior cleanliness, and promote express services.

This role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to grow with a popular car wash brand. The position emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and teamwork, with responsibilities including assisting customers through sign-up in the Tommy’s Express app and keeping work areas

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Wash and fold towels, vacuum car interiors, clean floor mats, windows, dashboards, consoles, cupholders, and door jambs.
• Maintain interior clean quality to meet our high standards.
• Keep the car wash location clean and organized.
• Process guest vehicles quickly and accurately.
• Promote and sell express interior services and memberships.
• Ensure customer areas, including the car wash and vacuum center, are well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with management and the operations team.
• Become knowledgeable about Tommy’s Express app and walk customers through sign-up.

• Position: Full-Time/Part-Time
• Pay: $19.00/hr.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
  • Wash and fold towels, vacuum car interiors, clean floor mats, windows, dashboards, consoles, cupholders, and door jambs.
• Maintain interior clean quality to meet our high standards.
• Keep the car wash location clean and organized.
• Process guest vehicles quickly and accurately.
• Promote and sell express interior services and memberships
• Ensure customer areas, including the car wash and vacuum center, are well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with management and the operations team.
• Become knowledgeable about Tommy’s Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Constant physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching

Shift and Schedule: Available mornings, nights, and weekends. Full/Part time opportunities available
