Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols per Walmart policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
