Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Operate mowing, trimming, pruning equipment to maintain curb appeal.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols per company policy.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA guidelines are met and carry out upgrades as needed.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable improvements.
