Qualifications

• Age 21 or older as required by policy.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory guidelines, including OSHA/EPA standards.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement upgrades.
