Job summary

Walmart is hiring an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator in Medford, OR to oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year-round. You’ll mow, trim, prune and work within a team to keep the exterior environment pristine and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if driving a CMV.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas.
• Manage landscaping and exterior maintenance with fellow associates.
• Adhere to safety, security and integrity protocols per corporate policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
