Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in last 3 years.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• DOT physical and medical certification.
• No major violations in last 3 years for CMV.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage all aspects of exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory protocols per company policies and local/state/federal rules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
