Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• DOT physical and medical certification required.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years; no major moving violations for commercial driving.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with team to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols; comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA/EPA).
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
• Maintain grounds year-round by mowing, trimming, and pruning to keep exterior areas pristine.
