Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Landscape Operator/Exterior Services Technician in Oxford, ME. You will oversee landscape projects, perform mowing, trimming and pruning, and collaborate with a dedicated team to keep grounds pristine year-round.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical certification, and landscaping experience. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and education programs are offered to full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years for CMV.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Work with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
