Bartlett Roofing is a fast-growing home exterior company offering roofing, windows, siding and full exterior renovations. We hire for drive and provide training, coaching and growth opportunities with uncapped commission and paid training.

You will identify leads, knock on doors, perform inspections, and guide homeowners through the sales process with a strong emphasis on customer service and meeting insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door or field sales is preferred.
• Background in SDR/BDR, inside or outside sales is a plus.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality background is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects in-office or field.
• Knock on doors and offer roof inspections to homeowners.
• Own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing.
• Conduct roof inspections and meet insurance adjusters.
• Educate homeowners about services and claims process.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in a fast-paced env.
• Document all sales activities in mobile tools and CRM.

What Youll Do

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process

• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
