Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to identify leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the full sales cycle in Spokane Valley, WA. You’ll work field-based, in-office and door-to-door, earning uncapped commissions with paid training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.

Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (Afternoon & Evening Hours)

Compensation: Commission-Based + Paid Training

Expected Earnings: $80,000 - $175,000+ annually (uncapped commission)
