Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business through door-to-door outreach and in-person inspections. This field-based, full-time role offers uncapped commissions and paid training, with growth opportunities and a supportive, performance-driven culture.

As part of a fast-growing exterior renovations specialist, you will educate homeowners on roofing, windows, siding, and insurance claims, owning the full sales cycle from inspection to closing

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or field-based sales is preferred.
• Ability to identify leads, educate homeowners and close deals.
• Comfort with outdoor work and face-to-face customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects in-office and door-to-door.
• Perform free roof inspections and manage the full sales cycle.
• Educate homeowners about services and insurance claim process.
• Document sales activities via mobile tools and CRM.

What You'll Do

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
