M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is expanding across Texas and seeking motivated Sales Representatives. No roofing or sales experience is required. We provide training, leads, tools, and support to help you succeed, with earnings potential from $120,000 to $250,000+ per year.

Roles are field-based in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Seabrook, and Beaumont. Competitive commission, W-2 full-time employment, and paid training are offered along with benefits and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be driven, coachable and results-oriented.
• Willing to learn and follow a proven sales process.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be able to work in a performance-driven environment with earnings tied to results.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and conduct in-home sales consultations.
• Safely access rooftops and perform roofing inspections.
• Identify customer needs and recommend roofing/window/siding solutions.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Explain products, pricing, warranties and installation options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Manage company-provided leads and develop self-generated opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in company systems.
