Job summary

M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is seeking Sales Representatives in Texas and Louisiana markets, including Lake Charles. This full-time, field-based role offers $120,000–$250,000+ earnings with company-provided leads and paid training, plus a guaranteed training pay of $25/hour for the first month.

You bring attitude and work ethic; we provide training, leads, and support. Locations include Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Seabrook, Beaumont, and Lake Charles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and conduct in-home sales consultations.
• Safely access rooftops and perform roofing inspections.
• Identify customer needs and recommend roofing, window, and siding solutions.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Explain products, pricing, warranties, and installation options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Manage company-provided leads and develop self-generated opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production and Operations to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
