Job summary

M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is seeking energetic Sales Representatives across Texas, including Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Seabrook and Beaumont. No roofing or sales experience is required, with training paid and leads provided.

as we expand, candidates with competitive backgrounds are encouraged. This is a full-time, field-based role with strong earning potential and ongoing coaching to support your success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned sales territory.
• Must be comfortable using ladders, climbing onto roofs, and performing rooftop inspections.
• Must be able to safely carry, set up, and operate a company-provided Little Giant ladder, which must be kept with you while working in the field.
• Must follow all company ladder and rooftop safety procedures.
• Ability to attend required monthly in-person sales meetings and training sessions in Houston.
• Ability to use company technology and sales systems; previous CRM skills are preferred; GoPro provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and conduct in-home sales consultations.
• Safely access rooftops and perform roofing inspections.
• Identify customer needs and recommend roofing, window, and siding solutions.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Explain products, pricing, warranties, and installation options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Manage company-provided leads and develop self-generated opportunities.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and relationship-building.
