Cenvar Roofing is a growing residential exterior remodeling company seeking an Outside Sales Representative to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior solutions, and close business in Charlottesville, VA. Training is provided, with high earning potential through commission-based pay.

You will build trust with homeowners, manage your schedule and CRM, and participate in weekly sales meetings as you help clients choose roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and prospecting skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
