Cenvar Roofing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry.

This full-time role in Lynchburg, VA offers uncapped earning potential with commission of $150,000–$250,000 per year, a take-home company vehicle and gas card, comprehensive benefits, and structured sales training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors.
• Recommend solutions, present estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
