Job summary

Hoffman Weber is seeking a motivated sales professional in Minnesota to drive exterior remodeling projects. You’ll run appointments, qualify leads, and build estimates for roofing and home exterior projects while serving as the liaison between clients and our team.

You’ll self-generate opportunities, close deals, and enjoy uncapped commissions with weekly pay and a comprehensive training program designed to help you grow into a sales leader.

What You’ll Do

• Run company appointments to evaluate, qualify, and build estimates for roofing and home exterior projects
• Self-generate leads through door knocking, networking, and organic opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them from initial contact to job completion
• Close deals, sign contracts, and get projects into production while acting as a liaison between clients and our team
• Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure each project is managed efficiently and to the highest standards

• Prior experience in roofing, home exteriors, or related industries is a plus (but not required)
• A self-starter with the ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline
• A team player with strong communication skills, eager to work in a collaborative environment
