MHI Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions in Pittsburgh is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to grow the business by meeting with homeowners, inspecting properties, and guiding customers through project options and financing.

You will work from home with a company-provided vehicle, receiving 3 warm leads daily and comprehensive training to close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Clean driving record required. Must meet company requirements for operating a company vehicle.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift and carry 50–80 lbs.
• Willing to learn and demonstrate mastery of our sales system.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily; travel from home in company vehicle to appointments.
• Meet with homeowners, build relationships, and conduct exterior home inspections.
• Enter attics when required and document findings; take photos and assess condition.
• Identify homeowner needs, present options, and close the sale.
• Provide exceptional customer experience; attend weekly sales meetings and training; ride-alongs and coaching.
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals.

We're Hiring — Outside Sales Representatives

We're looking for ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a successful career in sales while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes.

And we provide the opportunities.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive 3 warm, vetted leads every day. These aren't cold calls or door knocking. Our marketing team generates and qualifies the opportunities, and you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes.

You'll run your appointments directly from home in a company-provided vehicle, giving you the flexibility and independence to manage your territory while being supported by a strong team behind you.

When you arrive at the homeowner's property, you'll inspect the home, including entering the attic and walking the roof, take detailed photos, and complete our comprehensive 21-Point Roof Inspection. You'll then use your findings to educate the homeowner, present the recommended solutions, and guide them through the process of making a confident purchasing decision.

This is a full-service exterior sales position, with opportunities to sell projects including:

• Roofing
• Insulation
• Windows
• Siding
• Gutters

This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,000 after 3-week training completion and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily
• Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships
• Conduct thorough exterior home inspections
• Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings
• Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection
• Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate exterior solutions
• Present project options, pricing, warranties, and financing
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through the completion of the project
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Participate in ride-along appointments and continued coaching
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
