Aspen Contracting, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician to service exterior construction projects. You will diagnose and fix roofing, siding, gutters, and related exterior components on residential and commercial properties.

This hands-on role includes climbing ladders, transporting materials, and adhering to safety procedures. Company truck and basic tools are provided; healthcare benefits available, with full-time year-round work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field.
• Experience with roofing, siding, and gutters.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

What You Bring to the Team

You'll be a strong fit if you have hands-on experience in:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Gutters
• Exterior construction or home repair
• Basic carpentry
• Construction maintenance and repairs
  

You should also:

• Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying environments
• Take pride in quality workmanship
• Be dependable, organized, and able to manage your time effectively

Requirements
