Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess exterior restoration needs, and guide projects from inspection to completion. No roofing experience required, training provided, and you’ll work in the Kansas City market from the Lee's Summit area.

This full-time W-2 role offers weekly pay and an uncapped commission structure with potential total earnings ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+ per year, plus paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to work full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Representative, meet directly with homeowners to identify restoration needs and guide them through the process.
• Build relationships with homeowners within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and tools.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project and post-completion follow-up.
