Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Exterior Project Manager to own residential and commercial exterior restoration projects from post-sale handoff. You will coordinate homeowners, internal teams, and field crews to deliver work on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, subcontractor management, material procurement, and final project closeout. A strong exterior construction background and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in disaster restoration or general residential/commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of exterior building envelopes, roofing, siding, windows, trim and exterior repairs.
• Outstanding client-facing skills and ability to manage trade contractors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites with budget discipline and tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary link between homeowner/manager, operations, and field execution; ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage project scopes, track material and labor costs, and control profitability.
• Oversee subcontractors and crews; monitor safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Procure exterior materials and coordinate logistics to align with timelines.
• Conduct site meetings, provide updates, and secure final sign-off and invoices.
