ServiceMaster DSI seeks an experienced Exterior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of exterior insurance repair projects, including roofing and related scopes. You will ensure compliance with carrier requirements, manage subcontractors, and support estimating and documentation to safeguard profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in exterior construction, roofing, or insurance restoration.
• HAAG certification or equivalent exterior damage evaluation training preferred.
• Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within market.

Responsibilities

• Manage exterior restoration projects from assignment through completion.
• Ensure compliance with insurance carrier and TPA requirements.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for scope, pricing, and defensibility.
• Source and manage subcontractors across roofing, siding, gutters, windows and related repairs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Track project costs and flag margin concerns to GM - Exterior Restoration.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs between interior and exterior work.
