Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is hiring an Exterior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of exterior insurance repair projects, including roofing and related scopes. You will manage subcontractors, assist with estimating, document work, and ensure profitability while complying with carrier and TPA requirements.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, ensuring quality, and maintaining thorough project documentation. Travel to job sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in Construction Management is preferred.
• Experience managing exterior restoration or roofing projects is required.
• HAAG Certification or equivalent exterior damage evaluation training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned exterior restoration projects from assignment through completion.
• Ensure adherence to insurer and TPA requirements for exterior damage evaluation, estimating, and photo documentation.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for scope accuracy and defensibility.
• Source and manage subcontractors for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and related exterior work.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor performance for quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Track job costs and flag margin concerns to the General Manager.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs between interior and exterior work.
• Maintain documentation and quality control per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
