Job summary

Ideal Siding is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the local field representative in Charleston. You’ll own projects after signing, coordinating crews, managing materials and change orders, monitoring budgets and progress, and keeping homeowners informed throughout.

This hands-on role balances customer communication with day-to-day problem solving, serving as the main local contact while the back office handles contracts and admin. Growth opportunities exist as we expand in 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in home renovation or construction project management is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
• Must use your own vehicle and cover your own gas; mileage included in $30/hr rate.
• Must use your own cell phone; software/app costs covered by the company.
• Laptop helpful but not required.
• Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.
• Comfortable with flexible and variable hours (10–30 per week).

Responsibilities

• Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to stay on track.
• Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
• Check in with homeowners for updates, progress photos, questions, and satisfaction.
• Address issues like delays or concerns and resolve quickly with the team.
• Review progress reports, plan next day priorities for smooth operations.
• Act as local customer relations representative while back office handles administration.
