Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction management or related field.
• Exterior cladding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure success.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Ensure site safety and a safe work environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work meets standards.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork; occasional travel may be required.
