Job summary

SouthEnd Exteriors, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Siding Install and Service Manager in Charleston. You will lead a team of 10+ technicians, leads and supervisors to plan, schedule and oversee siding installation and service projects from start to finish.

You will ensure safety, quality and productivity, track time and materials, address customer concerns promptly and drive budget accountability while mentoring staff and extending continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of siding installation/service experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use installation tools.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of siding installation and service projects.
• Manage crews, ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Track time and materials for each project.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
