Homefix Custom Remodeling Corp is seeking a Senior Service Technician to lead field operations in Richmond, VA. This hands-on role requires diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters in the field.

You will mentor junior technicians, handle escalated service calls, and maintain tools, inventory, and the service vehicle as required. A strong customer-service mindset and independent work ethic are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on service/repair experience in residential exterior remodeling.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters in the field.
• Handle escalated and complex service calls requiring advanced expertise.
