Good Guys Contracting Corp. is seeking a Sales Consultant to sell exterior remodeling and design services. We provide leads, avoiding door-knocking, and offer base salary plus commission with expected first-year earnings of $75,000-$110,000.

You will discuss homeowners’ remodeling goals, present proposals, and guide decisions on siding, roofing, windows, and decking. Join a team focused on growth, training, and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in real estate sales or another consultative sales role.
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up effectively.
• Willingness to learn exterior remodeling products and sales process.

Aufgaben

• Consult with leads to understand homeowners’ exterior remodeling goals, design preferences, and budgets.
• Guide homeowners through options for siding, roofing, windows, and decking.
• Present detailed proposals and clearly explain scope of work and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and sales activities in our CRM.
• Follow up consistently and ask for the sale.
• Coordinate with production team for a smooth handoff after sale.
