Qualifications

• Strong understanding of residential building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing all phases of exterior remodeling projects.
• Conduct jobsite visits to inspect quality, progress, and compliance with building codes.
• Coordinate permitting and inspections with local municipalities.
• Assist in overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure work meets scope and specifications.
• Track material orders and contractor payments; monitor timelines and resolve delays; submit change orders for homeowner approval.
