Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services, part of the Allstar Services family, is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead exterior remodeling projects on site in the Arlington Heights area and surrounding communities. You will manage crews, ensure quality, and maintain strong client relations to deliver high craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience is required (commercial a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project.
• Help M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate.
