Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of residential roofing, siding, windows, and exterior systems.
• Proven ability to close deals and convert leads into customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at contract negotiations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments.

Responsibilities

• Runs 3-6 sales appointments daily for roofing, window, siding projects.
• Outreach to local businesses to generate new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records.
• Identify market opportunities and expansion areas.
