Job summary

Walmart in Gilroy, CA, is seeking a full-time Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more at a Walmart location.

Minimum qualifications include 1-3 years of power washing/exterior maintenance, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Benefits include medical, vision, dental coverage and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and corporate vehicles.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
