Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to pass MVR and DOT checks.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and vehicles.
• Assess areas to determine appropriate pressure levels.
• Remove dirt and debris while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain records.
• Perform safety and preventive maintenance checks.
• Carry out additional facility maintenance duties as assigned.
