Job summary

Walmart National City, CA is seeking a Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our stores. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in power washing or exterior maintenance, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work alternative shifts including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in power washing or exterior maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Assess areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records/logs.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
