Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician in Facility Services to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment at its Compton locations. You will clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, and lots, maintaining safety and documenting work orders.

A valid driver’s license and 1–3 years of exterior maintenance experience are required. Competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchases, and life insurance, are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
