Qualifications

• > 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• "> Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• "> Ability to work alternating shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• "> Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• "> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• "> High school diploma or equivalent.
• "> CDL/commercial driving record with no DUI/DWI/OUI convictions in last five years.
• "> No more than two moving violations in last three years.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related tools.
• Evaluate surfaces to determine suitable pressure levels and temperatures.
• Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain logs and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
