Qualifications

• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years for driving a commercial vehicle.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and power equipment in a safe, compliant manner.
• Perform pre- and post-operation safety checks on equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance work, orders, and inspections with management and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service and support for facility users and events.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy work environment and assist with budgeting and cost controls.
