Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and perform exterior maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for associates.
• Assist with budgeting, cost estimates, and procurement of parts and supplies.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Identify and address potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
