Walmart Inc. is seeking an Exterior Services Technician (DOT) in Asheville, NC to maintain safe and efficient facility exterior operations.

You will operate heavy machinery, manage seasonal maintenance, and coordinate third‑party providers to uphold quality and safety standards. You will ensure OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance, oversee vehicle inspections, and contribute to cost control through smart resource management while partnering with management to sustain a secure, productive work

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Experience managing exterior facility services, including seasonal maintenance such as snow and ice removal.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to ensure safe facility conditions.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational and safety requirements.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate purchases of parts, equipment, and supplies while controlling costs and submitting warranty claims.
• Lead and develop third‑party providers and associates through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies, promoting a safe and ethical work environment.
