You will work with the service team, report hazards proactively, and represent Zellis with professionalism in every interaction with residents and guests. Initiative, dependability, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance and seasonal property care experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic communication skills for reporting issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim grass; maintain landscaping and beds.
• Clean and maintain building exteriors and common areas daily.
• Remove trash and debris from exterior areas daily.
• Monitor irrigation systems and report issues promptly.
• Identify and report hazards, pests, safety concerns.
• Assist with directing landscape vendors and prep as directed by manager.
