Job summary

The Third Estimate is seeking an experienced Field Service Foreman to supervise residential exterior projects in the field and ensure work meets our quality standards. This hands-on role requires comfort supervising crews, working with homeowners, inspecting completed work, troubleshooting issues, and performing minor repairs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in residential exterior construction, be highly organized, and able to travel regionally.

Qualifications

3+ years of residential exterior construction experience.
Experience supervising job sites and crews.
Strong communication with homeowners.
Willingness to travel regionally.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Supervise active job sites and crews to stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction before closeout.
Perform minor repairs on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.
Serve as field liaison between homeowners, installers, and production team.
Review scopes and plans to ensure crews have what they need for success.
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays.
Document progress with photos, videos, and notes using CompanyCam.
Communicate additional damage or change-orders to internal teams.
Collect final paperwork and customer sign-offs.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
Enter job data into Salesforce.
Respond promptly to homeowner and internal communications.
Support production and project management with field needs.
