Job summary

The Third Estimate is seeking a Field Service Foreman to supervise residential exterior projects in the field and ensure every job meets our quality standards. This hands-on role requires experience supervising crews, communicating with homeowners, inspecting work, troubleshooting issues, and performing minor repairs when needed.

You will manage field operations, maintain safety and organization on-site, and ensure data is accurately recorded in Salesforce, while coordinating with production

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential exterior construction experience.
• Experience supervising crews or subcontractors.
• Strong communication with homeowners and stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot installation issues independently.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise active job sites and installation crews to stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and inspections with homeowners, ensuring complete satisfaction before closeout.
• Perform minor repairs, punch-list work, and adjustments on roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors.
• Serve as field liaison between homeowners, installers and production team.
• Document progress with photos, notes, and updates using Salesforce and CompanyCam.
• Communicate additional damage or change orders to internal teams.
