Responsibilities

• Manage exterior facility service projects and ensure timely completion and quality.
• Prepare and execute budgets, including cost estimates and purchasing approvals.
• Perform seasonal maintenance such as snow removal, landscaping, and cart service.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment with safety inspections.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers; conduct evaluations and QA inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and provide technical support as needed.
