Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in landscaping or facilities maintenance.
• Experience managing facility exterior projects and vendors.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, including cost estimates and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize exterior facility projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Prepare and execute budgets, including cost estimates and purchase approvals for materials and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support for procurement and maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns related to facility exterior services.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment safely, performing routine checks and coordinating repairs.
• Implement seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and shopping cart service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies throughout all operations.
• Lead and evaluate third-party providers to maintain service quality and efficiency.
