Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking an Exterior Technician to maintain building exteriors, perform minor repairs, paint, and support campus grounds. You will work on external structures, fencing, and outdoor facilities with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 2+ years in construction or building maintenance, good communication, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Shift: Tue–Sat 7:00 am–3:30 pm, onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in exterior maintenance or building trades.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior facilities, perform repairs, and replace components.
• Paint and prep exterior surfaces, repair light fixtures and railings.
• Support landscaping and grounds maintenance on campus.
• Conduct site inspections and report findings for occupancy needs.
