Job summary

RPM SPG in Sarasota, FL seeks a skilled facade installer to perform stucco, EIFS, and plaster work on commercial projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient completion under supervision with potential overtime.

You will read blueprints, repair, and finish exterior surfaces, using hand tools and lifts. Prior OSHA training is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and reliable transportation to site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Experience with commercial façade restoration.
• Knowledge of EIFS, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Able to read blueprints and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and professional customer interaction.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages as needed.
